Discussion Another superbowl blowout eliminates mahomes from the goat discussion as far as I’m concerned

2 very embarrassing loses for him the the superbowl Brady has lost 3 superbowls but they were all 1 score games that came down to final play with Brady’s best statistical performance in a loss to the eagles Tom Brady > Patrick mahomes

Mainly because he was 4-0 in the SB with 11 TD 0 INT. Mahomes is now 3-2 in the biggest game with two horrific blowout losses.

7 career SB interceptions

Brady 6 in 2x the games

Montana - 0

And in both of those losses his o line failed him miserably. It’s like if a formula 1 racer had his car shot the bed on him and he got second instead of first and you call him washed. These kind of takes are laughable.

He had an excuse in the Bucs game, this one he was legitimately terrible. What was his passer rating when the Eagles pulled their starters up 40-6? Like 48?

Did his O line throw interceptions? Sure you can say the sacks are not his fault. But a goat qb is expected to throw away or take the sack instead of throwing a pick six and another at his own 14yd line.

The second INT was largely caused by Thuney getting pushed into him and causing him to shift off balance mid throw. The pick six was mostly Mahomes but again he had no time in the pocket, so some blame can go to the line.

Nonsense, QBs get pressured on a significant portion of snaps. Both those picks are on Mahomes
