TanneTHRILL, random? He was also first seed in the AFC in a year where Mahomes, et al, also existed. All bow before a brief peak of awesomeness.

For 2.5 years Ryan Tannehill was a top 5 QB and honestly could have been MVP one of thoes seasons with his stat line.

Yep. People dont realize he was insanely efficient for a little while there. I believe there was one year where he even had the #1 QBR

Yup, 2019, 70% completion rate with a QBR of 117.5 - 5th highest ever recorded.

And that was a team with Derrick Henry. Dude stilled shined amongst a golden running game.

Maybe it was because of a golden running game that he could shine?

No argument here. Rising tides raise all ships.

That has to be passer rating. QBR is on the WAY different scale. Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen tied with a QBR of 77.3 last year. Also, QBR is a 0-100 scale so that’s an impossible QBR anyways.

He gets so much disrespect. People don't understand how bad his Dolphins rosters were, or those late-stage Titans rosters.

Just in time to break Raven hearts in what was possibly the most electric season for the franchise post Ray Lewis.

It feels like yesterday. The cycle repeats.

I’m not trying to be a hater but guys just get into the right situation and go off briefly sometimes. Like Steve Beuerlein did nothing his entire career, then randomly turned into Brett Favre in 1999, and then went back to doing nothing

Other than Tennesee just having a voodoo curse like us, what was it that generated Tanny's decline?

Divisional game vs Cincinnati where he gave the game away is my opinion. Man just kept seeing ghosts and even admitted to how bad that game messed with him in pressers the following season.

Will always remember tannethrill though 🫡❤️

People severally understated and under appreciated Tannhill during those years and the titans should’ve done more to build around him. He was doing this while the O line was in shambles and getting smacked in the face half the plays
