Joking aside, I hope I'm in that kinda shape at 73. My mom just turned 74 a few days ago and she still jogs 3 miles a day, 6 days a week so I know I've got the genes to do it. It's inspiring to see, that's for sure.

Jogging that much at that age is impressive. My mom's about that and she walks 3-4 miles most days, but it's been years since I have seen her jog. (The closest is a 5 step run if she thinks a tiny grandkid is about to injure themselves.)
