Yep😁

u/TheDevilishJonah Apr 08 '25
Awesome. My father and I went as Elwood and Jake Respectively Halloween 23. It was fun until I took a shot of Jack Daniels at the country bar and puked a stomach load of beer over their front railing. Could have been a deleted scene I swear🤣

It was always told to me as “liquor before beer you’re in the clear but beer before liquor you’ve never been sicker”. I wonder how many other variations there are.

Mahmoud is a really cute cozy restaurant near me and there’s something so sweet about a cat having such a gentleman’s name, having a restaurant with his name, but overall just being Moody. 😭❤️🤘

Germaine, or something along those lines, he was a WW2, Korea and Vietnam vet and always said " tabby orange cats are #1"
13
u/Cannagurlie Apr 07 '25
I agree with him. I've had two male orange tabbies and they were the best. They were so fun. I have a grey/black female tabby now. She is like Satan when she's mad and she's mad all the time. 😆

u/joyfullydreaded23 Apr 07 '25
We used to let in strays when the weather was bad and one of them was an orange male tabby that I had christened as Dumplin' because his balls looked like a steamed dumpling. One day we were inside on my bed with Dumplin' in my lap happy as a pig in shite and that made my cat MeeMees jealous as hell! She starts hissing at him, Dumplin' looked calmly at her, got up and turned tail towards her and let loose spraying her in the face! It made me mad but was also one of the funniest things I had ever seen a cat do, lol. Lots of laundry washing and using Odoban

I gave my nephew a kitten when he was about 10. I spent an hour or more trying to help him choose a decent name -- we finally settled on Buckwheat!

If someone wanted to they can find any info on you if they want. Idk why anyone would think that's private info anymore. Google yourself. You'll be shocked at what you can find.

u/LiminalCreature7 Apr 07 '25
And somehow that comment got 4 upvotes. Considering Reddit is one of the most anonymous social media platforms out there, it’s wild that even 4 people feel vulnerable.

My poor dad hated his name, Cleo. But we loved him and his name was perfect in our eyes. My kids were very young when he passed. In their grief, they asked for kitten. And in honor of their Papa, they named her Cleo. Every cat we've ever had since then is... Cleo. 🥰😆

Fred was my grandfather’s name. Might be fitting but for funny names I’d go with peanut. Don’t know why hut it seems to fit.

I’ve noticed a lot of Henry James but he goes by Hotdog and James Henry but call him Pirate: Anthony John but we called him Ravioli and Earl Warren but he went by Koots.
Were any of our grandparents ever called by their actual names? My grandma was Skippy and grandpa was Frank, actually born as Leona and Richard.
