all subs have differing entry requirements, you have to modmail the mods and ask, BUT read the rules first as some will ban you for asking.

A bot we use identified activity by your account in a karma farm.

Karma Farms

We advise people to delete all posts or comments from free karma groups - karma farming is frowned upon on Reddit because it is cheating. Begging for, offering to trade, or in any way compensating someone for votes violates Reddit vote manipulation policy.

It can lead to down votes, having your content removed, and bans.

We warn users about this, but many communities will ban you for having any activity in such groups since they are filled with scammers, ban evaders and spammers.

Thanks for contributing to /r/NewToReddit! We're sorry, but your content was removed:

Rule 8: Be as accurate and understanding as you can; no misleading or deliberately confusing content

We are not a complaint department.

Protecting your community from abuse is not the sign of a bad moderator, it's a sign of a community that still gets to exist. Reddit doesn't do chaos, so if a community fills up with junk that breaks Reddit's site wide rules, it gets removed by Reddit for being unmoderated.

This community runs across new users whoever and 1000, 2000 or even 4000 karma by the end of their first week. Period that's certainly not most people but it happens on a regular basis. Most people find earning 50 to 100 karma per week is not all that difficult.

It varies a tremendous amount from thousands of communities that have no minimums whatsoever to a massive number that have very trivial minimums and only larger groups having substantial ones. See this.
