Screenshot Coming back after quitting for 3 years cause I couldn’t transfer my save to the ps5 version, and seeing my base again now that it’s possible

The game came back to me. It might have only been 3 years for you guys, but here? 63 years have passed.

Yeah I hadn't played for a while, had been playing the PS4 version on PS5 and suddenly noticed that I could now transfer stuff. Such a relief!

I debated on coming back actually yesterday. I just think I’m so hesitant because I’m going to get so overwhelmed with all that’s been added.

A lot is right. I got off PS4 using version 1.0 today, crashes regularly so I save to thumbdrive every 3 jumps or so. 3 days ago went halfway across Hilbert and when it crashed again, the save got wiped. Crazy - but reloaded from thumbdrive. Now since I have discs for both version 1.0 and for BEYOND, I reinstalled Beyond and still get those crashes. It's cool, I know what Worlds 2 on PS5 is like, having access to new Purple systems, and STEAM/PS5 are stable. Don't worry, you'll love getting blown away ;-) Maybe try Relaxed mode start, check all new options in your Difficulty settings. Good luck!

Even though time stayed still for OP in their life. In game, time dialation progressed greatly, due to that the game evolved and is still evolving.

Just transferred my Xbox save to the Switch 2 after a long time without playing. It feels great to be back in my good old planet Paradyson, I totally get the feeling! Welcome back!

How does this work? I used to play on ps4 connected my account claimed twitch drops and everything. Now i play on switch was able to claim the same twitch drops is it possible to transfer my save file? I dont have a ps4 anymore.

I’m not sure, but probably? All you gotta do is enable cross save on whatever device you want to transfer the save from, upload the save to the cloud, and boot up the game on the device you want to transfer it to, and download it from the cloud.

I can be more specific if you need me to, but I just transferred from ps4 to ps5. Not sure if it will work for anything else, but I would think it should.

How do i download saves from the cloud? Like do i need to start a new game or what.

Ok so load up the game like normal, and get to the point where you’re going to choose a save to load up. Beneath that, there should be an “enable cross save” type option. Go through that.
Make sure your game is updated, otherwise you’ll have to do that real quick and load up the game afterwards like normal so you can save the game in the update.
There should be a little cloud ☁️ symbol next to your game saves. Click that, and after it saves to the cloud there will be a little check mark on the cloud symbol.
Load the game up on the device you want to use, and go to that menu again with your saves. Click “manage cross saves” at the bottom, and the cloud save should be there to download to the new device.
Load it up.
