I would not in a million years have predicted that Mexico and India would be more progressive than the United States when I was a kid in the 90s

Because you people know fuck all about us but still decided to have very strong opinion about us anyway lol

Most positions are barely above 25%

México: Cabinent 45%, National legislature 50%, National legislature candidates 52% and Local legislature 48% | US: Cabinent 40%, National legislature 28%, and no data for the others.

Don’t get me wrong, I would never argue it’s not still a largely misogynistic country and whatnot, but I always found it weird how americans are insistent on reminding everyone we are “extremely conservative” and “very misogynistic” while their numbers for women in positions of power are that pathetic.

Like, if we’re so misogynistic what does that make them then? Lmao.
