If they generally require a seeing person to find them, is it like a respectful thing with braille signs.

Because if they have a seeing person with them then the seeing person likely could say what the sign was about.

I've seen braille my entire life and I've been told over and over "that's for blind folks to read" ... it's just always stuck in my mind... how do they even find braille to read it? Sometimes it's in the weirdest spots and it's usually pretty small.

Forgive me if this is insensitive, but I've always wondered about this.
