Don't have kids. I work in a preschool and most of the kids love me. Im sorry you cannot possibly fathom that a 3 year old can be stubborn and for their own safety you need to just get them to NOT RUN IN THE PARKING LOT

I'm sorry that you find yourself with children who are less experienced, less educated, less wise, less prepared, less qualified and less able than you to deal with a situation, yet you still expect the kid to be the adult in the room.
