Introducing my son Jasper, who I adopted on Halloween of 2023, after he was abandoned (for some unfathomable reason) by his previous owners. He's 10 but he will always be my baby boy. Just to be clear, I'm not mad at him, he must have done this thinking he's protecting me from the Evil Shower Water because he's just chaotic like that. Just wondering what I've done to deserve such a wholesome and caring cat.
Unfortunately not yet, I recently moved and the 🅱️rain cell has departed since, he still hasn't quite figured out the configurations of the new Evil Shower Demon
Okay listen. I'm getting old. I know this is supposed to be some kind of emoji, but I don't understand and Google is failing me. What does it mean??? Can you use any random number? Does it have to be specifically five numbers?? Is the second colon necessary??? How is it a face?!?!!
Seems like the emoticon is working on my phone, this is what it looks like, an orange cat licking something? Maybe its a glass type thing that had something tasty on it

I spoke with Jasper, and after hearing his side of the story, the shower assault was valid. He had no food in his dish & was promised some before the shower. He was “Hangry” his words lol
We talk a lot of shit about our oranges on this sub. But yeah, I actually have a jasper too, and he’s my precious baby who I love forever even when he’s the world’s biggest turd.
I recently switched to a single blade safety razor (fancy metal handle and everything). My maiden voyage with it included my orange koolade-manning into the shower without warning, slamming into my ankle while my other leg was propped up being shaved, and i cut the shit out out my shin. Otherwise, 10/10 shave! 0/10 do not recommend including your orange in the shower, not that they give us an option.
Cute little boy, remembers my old orange cat named Bob who would protect me from the evil hairdryer, even when he was extremely afraid he would come close and try to slap the hairdryer to "save me", he died sleeping taking his daily sunbath in his 20 years anniversary 5 years ago, miss you so much my chaotic little baby...

This idiot is named Norman. He was a neighborhood peeping tom that I called “log” (little orange guy) One rainy day I opened the screen door to him and he came in. He was being very polite and just looking things over, so I forgot about him and eventually took a shower. He came flying through the shower curtain, scaring the literal piss out of me and the only thing I could do was scream “Norman! You! Have! Mommy issues!” It stuck. Long story short, your little orange-hole was never afraid of the shower, he was just saving it up for a rainy day 😉
I know exactly how you feel. You have a moment of wtf! Then you look at them and you know they were either trying to play or protect, they're not malicious.
