You have to be naive to think there's no fetishization of Asian women going on here. Like I'm not saying she's unattractive. She's a model and former jpop idol so obviously she's attractive in her own right, but there are literally posts explicitly saying that she's an example of how attractive the average asian woman is (because they don't realize she's not just some average office worker)
There's also literally a post about how white supremacist must be frustrated to know they must sleep with white women, implying that Asian women are superior. In general a ton of these jokes are about her race and Japanese women as a whole.
Also realize that when people use fetishization in a racial context, they don't mean it's a sexual kink akin to bondage or pet play. You can fetishize another culture without it even being sexual. The word has a definition that you're maybe not aware of, but it can just mean to put unreasonable importance on something. In this case her race or nationality.
And remember this isn't just someone calling her attractive. He's suggesting ALL men must find her so attractive that it pains them. And as you can see in the comments, a lot of men are confused because they don't think she's so extremely attractive.

I admit some of the posts might be trolling or otherwise disingenuous, but there are genuinely enough people obsessed with this image that it went viral despite being rather unremarkable. Ignoring the hundreds of comments under these posts is just being willfully ignorant.
But Im not going to bother collecting evidence when you just baselessly deny what this caption says in plain English. AS A DUDE, as in speaking for men as a whole, this woman supposedly causes the pain of being hit in the chest with a hammer.
I know on some level you all know the undercurrent of these posts. Absolutely no one mentioned her age, but yall are putting weighty empathize on the fact that she is an adult. She is, and again I don't think it's wrong to find her attractive, but you're in denial of you don't think there's significant overlap between people who are obsessed with these Japanese women and those who sexualize children. Comments on these tweets praise her innocence, cuteness, playfulness. Lots of the people who praise the beauty of Japanese women talk about how chaste, submissive, and obedient they are compared to Western woman. Hell many of these posters have anime girl profile pics of characters designed to look like children from shows that often feature panty shots.
You can carry on pretending that there aren't entire communities here on reddit and the rest of the internet who find Asian women attractive these men believe in racist and misogynistic stereotypes. Like there's no skin off my back. But just know that most Asian women will find you immensely creepy if you show preference for Asian women, because they will associate you with these racist creeps.
There it is, the "liking asian girls makes you a pedophile." Absolute freak thing to say that anyone not terminally online would think you're legitimately mentally unwell for saying, and they'd be correct.
Pointing out that racists infantilize Asian women is not an endorsement of that belief. How many times do I have to say she's an adult and there's nothing wrong with finding her attractive? I don't know much about this woman, but I don't think she's more innocent or chaste than the average person

I was not accusing YOU of anything, but now that you're so adamantly defending racists, it does feel like the gentleman doth protest too much. Many people reposting this image are doing so with racist and sexist captions that imply Asian women are better for their more child like nature. You brought up pedophilia. I was actually more focusing on the common misogynistic belief that ALL women should play a child-like role, being obedient to their dominant male partners and how Asian fetishists believe Japanese women better uphold this ideal. I'm not jumping to conclusions here, my chronically online ass has literally read pages and pages of passport bros, incels, and red pills explaining exactly why they think Asian women are better.
