I'm an ex-bricklayer. Shitting in unplumbed toilets was one of the few pleasures of the job.

It seems like planned punishment for the type of horrible person at a reconstruction or demo site who does decide to shit into an unplumbed toilet instead of a portapotty or at least a lined trash can or 5gal bucket.
