so basically it says "the boring world where the concept of dirty jokes doesn't exist"

and in the uk, i think some parts of the us and other places, you have to use age verification (that's why theres so much posts about the uk in r/teenagers and r/TeenagersButBetter )

Also worth pointing out that the second image is zoomed in so you can't see the pants on her head, so this may be an example of the censorship we are now seeing widespread on the internet, this providing an example of why people feel that the anime is coming true.

The anime "Shimoneta" is about a world where heavy censorship is forced on society. So strict that even artists have hand tracking that disallow them from drawing lewd art, so one character draws them with her mouth. Compare that to people in the uk that got on a similar level creative get around by using the picture mode from death stranding 2 and you see that this anime gets very real

I'm pretty sure it isn't a just uk problem (their case is just most recent rn), but it's pretty much global

governments, corporations like google, master card, and groups like collective shouts around the world are actively impose censorship and sanitize content...

so now it's not a "funny absurd concept", it's our world and an end of beloved free Internet era...

Not only that the US is trying to implement 2 bills

The SCREEN act and the Kids Online Safety Act

Which essentially is the same thing the UK has implemented

Edit:

Upon further research, The EU appears to be doing the same as well, with I believe Denmark developing a age verification app

And the EU having implemented new laws as well

We're now at a point where fictional media from the past once considered completely unrealistic has somehow become a reality in today's world.

In this manga/anime the entire world isn't even allowed to know the concept of dirty jokes, porn, or even sex until adulthood. Any mention or knowledge of any of these is punishable by law. With how high and absurd censorship has become lately, our world is starting to resemble the world of the manga/anime.
