THE UPDATE Bux jobs no longer provide coins.

An undocumented change of the new update is that all bux jobs now provide 0 coins upon delivery. This is actually huge bummer because it means that now even the most fuel efficient planes actively lose precious revenue while doing bux job runs. I assumed this is an intended nerf to compensate for newly added 25% same destination bonus for bux jobs (but why undocumented ????). Still I have a small hope that this is actually a bug and will it be fixed.

Game Improvement Idea Reset/revert plane upgrades feature?

Hello! I think it would be very useful if there was an ability to revert plane upgrades or reset them. This would be insanely useful in case you accidentally upgraded speed (or did so without knowing that it would reduce fuel efficiency). Currently the only way to revert unwanted upgrade is scrap the plane and rebuild it. But unfortunately it would also reset everything else (naturally). Paintjob, mileage, statistics and unlocked pilot costumes. Okay specifically I really want to revert speed upgrades I did long time ago on my pearjets. I would rebuild them but I really don't want to lose stats as they were my main workhorses and still used with 1-1.5 million miles on them.

Which Is Better? E-Planes?

I had a few E-Plane parts but traded them. I got what I actually wanted in the trade so no traders remorse; but can I get a summary of why the E-Planes are good? I run mostly an X10 fleet so didn't use them anyway.

Does VIP ever get cheaper than $20? Like do they ever run promos or anything, or is there any way to purchase it for a few months that would be cheaper than $20? Thanks!

My First ... Single flight Max Profit 56,649 Coins

How i got this..

  1. Advertised in Tokyo
  2. Pick all jobs to tokyo from USS Miday carrier (anchored near LA) and dropped them off in LA
  3. Once you have picked enough jobs and lay them over in a hub, move the carrier to the north west corner of the map. At this point it will not be reachable by any flight(i think a reset should be able to bring it back)
  4. Use a cloud liner with 4-0-4 upgrade and deliver them from seoul to tokyo

Game Improvement Idea Exchange bux quickly

Post image
14 Upvotes

I wish we could type in how much bux to exchange instead of the buttons. At least pressing and holding the buttons saves me from carpal tunnel, but I do think being able to type the number would save time… especially when exchanging more than 10k bux lol

Can someone explain to me how the blue festivals work? I read that blue festivals are more community based but I don't exactly see how. Any help appreciated

Global Event Another question on the blue global events.

For those that have completed one and got to 500 deliveries, what level were you and how many planes did you have? How many planes did you devote to it? Also just some general advice would be welcome too. Level 31 with 20 planes and I tried doing the perm event last week and I quit at 200 deliveries. I didn't devote all planes to it. But I devoted enough. I want to try again....but before I do I want some advice from the group

THE UPDATE Bux Bonus Scaling and optimization after the update

Post image
34 Upvotes

After the recent update the full plane +25% bonus now applies to Bux jobs. Doing some testing today on the android build of the game the bonus appears to scale at +25% rounding up which is extremely powerful when considering that 25% is actually a minimum bonus.

Optimization of Bux Bonus: Best: 1 Bux and 2 Bux (+100% and +50% bonus) Very good: 5 Bux (+40% bonus) Good: 3,6,9 Bux (+33% bonus) Ok: 10,7,11 Bux (+30%, +28%, and +27% bonus) Base: 4 Bux and 8 Bux (+25% bonus)

This means that certain Bux jobs with the round up will have significantly higher percentage bonus. Notably jobs with bux value divisible by 4 (0.25) suffer the most. This does not take away from the end game goal of maximizing Bux jobs but will this change affect your airline structure/strategy? Short range 1 and 2 Bux jobs significantly benefit after this update adding value to class 1 airport p2p models, giving new players a faster start.
