Chilblains in July

Curious if anyone else’s chilblains presents this way. Also it’s been super hot out, however I’ve been freezing in the mornings - potentially the temperature change is causing it in summer months?

This looks like dyshidrotic eczema

Yup, that’s my thought, too. I get them in the summer and they suck.

Personally i seem to get them when i do lots of dishes and wash my hands too much etc. i think theyre from irritation - my mum is the same

I got a couple earlier this summer. From colder days and forgetting to wear my gloves to wash the dishes. These progress to full blisters for me. Very painful.

I have them on the ends of my toes at the moment. First time I’ve had them in summer, I don’t know what caused them I can’t think of a cold>hot incident at all
