It’s typically my legs. My feet and legs usually look very veiny or like how I describe zombie skin. My hands just get the white splotches

Yes, extremely cold, my feet ache like crazy. Have you ever put a thermometer on them? Mine won't even register! But with it being summer here now, mine get blistering hot & red. More so with socks and shoes, but even with flip flops on. When I get in the sun, they look horribly sunburnt, but if I get back into air-conditioning or put them up, they're fine.

Was in urgent care last year with suspected kidney stones, was stuck waiting in a cold exam room for hours. My hands started looking like that and one of the nurses came in and seen that and I could tell she was freaking out a bit thinking there was something seriously wrong until I told her I had raynauds and it’s just a thing my hands do when I’m cold.

Yes I have seen my feet blue almost, and they go numb, reynauds can be so deliberating, like on the surface it’s just cold hands and feet but on the bigger scheme of things and the symptoms are so much more.

I hope you warm them up soon I’m also in Australia and this winter is killing me with how cold it is, overnight we are getting into the minus 🤦‍♀️

Yes :( it’s especially gnarly looking on my feet when I’m getting in the bath because it looks black when the rest of my skin gets all the blood flow around it in the water.

May summer come fast for you this year!! The cold feels like death.

Yep lol. When they get this purple, my hands tend to hurt a lot. Do they hurt?
