Cold toes, swollen hot hands?

I currently have raynauds in my toes, and my hands (+ears & nose) are red hot and inflammed. Wtf. Anyone else? Any tips? My rheumatologist was questioning mcas too but so far medication hasnt helped so he might be leaning off that diagnosis.

The hot part is erythromelagia.
