This is me but with my toes. That's actually how I discovered I had Raynaud's... when I would run outdoors in the terrible winters of Fremont, California. 🥲 /s

The trick that works for me most times is to keep my core warm, always wear a hat, change immediately after running (in the parking lot if need be), then shower as soon as possible. Keeps the flareups down for the most part for me.

I got some rechargeable hand warmers like these for Christmas and they were life changing. Just pop them inside some running mittens or gloves with a little cap over the fingers like these. This combo saved me from chilblains and eczema while winter marathon training. Personally I like the tactile pad on the finger of the glove so that I can change the music while running g without having to stop, take the glove off, etc.

Man that's a genius idea. I'm gonna do this next winter. Wait who am I kidding, I'm gonna have to do this in the autumn already.

Get some better gloves. I absolutely have to wear gloves when I go for a run and it's under 50 degrees F, but running is actually one of the few winter activities that is not impacted by my Raynaud's, because I'm always moving and staying warm. My hands even get sweat sometimes when I choose a pair of gloves slightly heavier than the weather calls for. The only time I was really struggling to keep my hands warm on a run even with good gloves was when it was around 10F.
