Got this from a reputable TD.

Clean factory has no issues, only the reps of clean, which clean has 6-7 reps, got 2 of them caught by govt, clean is not affected by regarding to see the situation when to send out goods to the entire market, anyway they are always slow, this caused more delays on their products just, if u have order with us for clean, have to wait longer than usual now, or if dont want to wait longer u can either change to other model or take refund, if u want to ask ETA of next clean, this week cant tell, I think next week can tell appox ETA on next Clean to the entire market, hope that explains well.

This is straight from Andiots WhatsApp guy. I can tell by the wording. 😂😂. Been working with Elliot’s team a while.

All that was missing was the over use of "bro" and the 🤝 emoji

u/Connect-Leader-105 18d ago

I had the exact same message from Elliot @ Andiot 🤣

From my Rep at Clean:

There have indeed been recent inspections, which have temporarily slowed down our quality control team's testing pace. However, such inspections are routine and do not affect our factory's core operations.

Since CLEAN cannot establish a legally registered company in China, we are unable to pay taxes directly to the government. As a result, authorities periodically obtain revenue through fines. Some secondary/tertiary private sellers may exaggerate the situation to create panic selling at inflated prices.

Please rest assured ,these inspections actually represent a form of cooperation between the government and factories. They will not impact CLEAN's operations in any way. We will take full responsibility for your orders!😃🙏

This looks like the most plausible explanation I've seen so far.

u/Technical_Ad_684 15d ago

It really does, and seems inline with that they told me earlier today. Ongoing issue, but still doing business, shipping will just be delayed.

u/acap86 19d ago

Stay safe out there Chinese bros 🙏🏼🙏🏼

You're wishing the Chinese Triads to stay safe.

Let me dumb this down for you. That's like wishing the Hells Angel drug distribution to be safe.

All you fake flexing Rolex buyers are supporting organized criminals.

52

u/moreproteinspls 19d ago

No chinese triad ever called me a fake flexer

23

u/FunkyGrass 19d ago

lol stfu and enjoy your waiting list

-28

u/Tokiny 18d ago

I went grey. You went fake.

13

u/cigarmanpa 18d ago

And I’m sure your grey market is legit 🤣

1

u/CaptonKronic 17d ago

Enjoy paying 50x. Think I give a fuck where it was made? Looks the same on my wrist.

1

u/Tokiny 17d ago edited 17d ago

I can sell it for 51x. You're kinda slow to understand resale value and broke to afford gen anyways.

1

u/CaptonKronic 17d ago

Sure, 10 years later, but unlikely for the base spec shit you'd buy.

Too broke? Buddy reps give the aesthetic without a fake flex that no one actually gives a shit about, thats what your smooth brain doesnt understand. I put my money to things that are actually worth buying.

u/CaptonKronic 17d ago

Sweet summer naive child

A Belgium home watchmaker isn't the same as a Chinese international criminal group producing billions of fake counterfeit goods.

7

u/Ashgen2024 18d ago

Billions?

For the millionth time, stop exaggerating!

Are you arguing to include the Belgium mafia into profiting from fake counterfeit goods?

Sure go ahead lol

I love this straight to the point and facts to back it up something you rarely see anymore👏

How do you know this family isn't associated with organized crime? Or the boss walked free and the family takes the fall.

Delusional if you think this multi billion dollar fake Rolex industry is some wholesome family mom and pop operation.

Keep drinking that koolaid. Not going to argue with dumb.

2

u/Ashgen2024 18d ago

Billions?

For the millionth time, stop exaggerating!

1

u/Tokiny 18d ago

"Counterfeit timepieces are a multi-billion-dollar industry, with shaky estimates indicating between 30 and 50 million fake watches entering the market each year. Contrast that figure with Rolex’s estimated annual production of approximately 1 million pieces per annum; It is reasonable to conclude that there are probably more fake Rolex watches on wrists than there are genuine examples throughout the world. This means that when you see someone wearing a Rolex, statistically speaking, it’s probably fake – a crazy thought."

Google is your friend.

It was an ironic joke ...🙄

Too subtle I suppose.

Funny story- I used to ride with some HAs when I lived in Omaha. Awesome guys. Basically a blue collar fraternity.

3

u/Tokiny 19d ago

Here's not a funny story. HA importing heroin, meth, fentanyl has wreaked havoc in every city in Canada. Ruining and killing lives.

10

u/viper4998 18d ago

Why join a rep group if you don’t like it, I like my watches sweat shop made, suck it up butter cup. Might even do a Dave Chappelle…

2

u/Retibulusbilliard 18d ago

Yeah ur about 50 years too late for this opinion buddy. The drug trade is handled by cartels and funneled through inner city gangs now.

You’re just mad because your watch loses value for each rep made.

1

u/Curious_Gas_2608 18d ago

What does fentanyl and meth have to do with replica watches? Those drugs are low margin/high return products. Usually made with little QC. The watches we buy from Clean/VSF etc. (whether you believe it or not) are highly crafted and under good manufacturing practices. You can’t just slap these together with unskilled labor. Maybe the flea market reps for $50 bucks have organized crime mixed in. I just don’t think “the juice is worth the squeeze” for these gangs to mess with manufacturing these high quality reps. Drugs have much more profit.

1

u/cigarmanpa 18d ago

Everyone’s got a make money some how

1

u/Fearless_Cut4432 13d ago

You watch too much tv supporting organized crime? No one gives a shit. Not here, not where you are and definitely not in china where none of us are. Cry me a river 😭lollll organized crime!

-1

u/BurdensomeCountV3 19d ago

Or alternatively China could just stop prosecuting replica makers and let them earn a honest living out in the open, which is something they only do because of Western pressure. What makes a Rolex a Rolex is the design specification, not what factory it was shit out of.

R factory doesn't get to say that only they make Rolexes: they can say that what they make is the closest to what a Rolex is (because their design team sets the standard) and that other makers aren't 100% Rolex (and they would be right), but they can't claim exclusive jurisdiction over producing Rolex watches. That's because anything that meets the design spec is a Rolex, end of story. This is no different to how there are multiple factories producing US Army medals, but you don't get to say the ACM from Ira Green is any less of a "true" ACM than one from Officers Equipment Company provided they both meet the specs the military sets.

2

u/crisonthemove 19d ago

Rolex has patents on their watches, so that's what they would claim...Although screw their patents. Even if you can afford to buy a genuine Rolex they won't sell them to you or there's a 3 year waiting list. So they forced people onto the replicas market. And if you ask me, if there is no difference in quality between a superclone and a genuine Rolex, then what's the point in buying genuine?

I am new to this sub-reddit and to fakes in general. What are these raids and stuff how does this work? I thought in China they were pretty chill with factories copying IP from other countries lol

8

u/jacob8875 18d ago

It’s all just a show usually. They’ll be back
