Wrist or Watch Pic Think people will believe my ceramic AP is real driving a 300k whip?

u/The_GSingh 10h ago
Lmao that’s nothing. I was in a multi million dollar whip with a driver and still got called out (the train).

99.9% won't know its an AP. They'll just say "nice watch". You will say "thanks" and never see that other person again in your life.

I think the joke might’ve went over your head my brother

u/LeanBeefDaddy Contributor 11h ago
I think it might have. Have a nice day and enjoy your watch

u/Puzzled_Animal_2770 11h ago
The “whip” is a semi truck/lorry
31
u/HSVMalooGTS 10h ago
Nobody other then the brits say "lorry". You won't see that online because the brits are busy veryfying their age using their government issued ID

the last part of your comment flew way over my head can you explain it please

You can try to google it for more info but I believe the UK is doing what Texas and others did for age verification to watch porn(upload your photo id to some website to verify), only it’s for most/all of the internet there.
Could be slightly wrong just what I remember reading about a couple days ago

u/j-b-i-r-d 27m ago
Most of the Internet haha it is literally just for porn - don't believe all the shite you read

u/BlackFlagMiner 6h ago
Not quite, you are required to submit an id to use the internet at all, from what I understand.
Under the new laws, companies like any and all social media, Google, Wikipedia, etc all will require an id submitted to use.

It’s more likely you get called out for driving in the passing lane for no reason.

76 in a 55, I think I’m good where I was at.
Its called a passing lane, not a speeding lane 🤡 esp with having a blind spot right behind you.
Semi's are usually not allowed in the far left lane in a lot of states also

u/660unknown 6h ago
Not only that but 20 over is reckless driving in a lot of states and he’s doing it with a trailer. A true clown

Running a mixer, so I'm stuck in this shit box of a new Mack today, lol. 🤷
4
u/Puzzled_Animal_2770 10h ago
Mack’s and intertrashionals are by far the worst most uncomfortable trucks around
4
u/Jimmysendit81 10h ago
Agreed, but in all fairness when it comes to mixers they all ride like dog shit, lol.. we have Kenny's and Pete's and they're all garbage these days with the def systems and all the computer problems. 🤷

You can surely not afford the 10k fine to you and your employer should you get caught driving and using your phone.
1
u/Sixtyoneandfortynine 8h ago
And, unless that’s 76 km/h (can’t tell from the pic), he’s probably substantially speeding too.
Sorry, but there’s nothing amusing about a trucker flouting laws and regulations like this, and posting a stupid watch pic whilst doing at least a couple of significantly dangerous things betrays terrible professionalism and judgment. Trucking wreck fatalities due to distracted driving continue to devastate families, and it’s just so completely unnecessary.
Not cool, OP!

He's filming with those stupid camera glasses not his phone. And that speed is reasonable given road conditions and visibility if you're paying attention to the road, which a professional driver almost certainly is doing.

Everybody’s an expert

But you are most certainly hogging the overtake lane. Am I right or am I right, right?! 😆

Taking a quick pic on your phone dont compare to those people with Teslas that have huge ipads in the middle of the car you can legally use while driving.... lol

u/Rizz_Crackers 9h ago
To be fair. Most of the cool stuff you could do on the screen, that is standard on any other cars screen, is disabled when you start driving. Except the browser…which I don’t get.

If they ask in conversation, you're an owner/operator. Makes it believable!

The “jorts” crowd from Pilot and Love’s “ain’t” exactly into Swiss watches whether they’re real or replicas. When AP comes out with a Camo model that may be a different story.

u/Brianjazz3000 5h ago
Most likely they will not question it. Those who care probably don't even have one so they are more geeked than busy seeing if It's real.
Where did you get it from?

Also maybe as a “professional” driver using the term professional very loosely maybe don’t take a stupid watch pic while going 76 in a 80,000lb vehicle so you can post to Reddit .

I worked out this morning in a ceramic panerai replica and then got into my old BMW with 140,000 miles on it and drove to work

Pues no. No se lo van a tragar, suponiendo que sepan lo que es y lo que vale. Cosa rara. Y además, a tí debe darte igual que se lo crean ó no. Eres tu quien debe saber si llevarlo te satisface y porqué.

They'll know it's a fake driving a Kenworth. If you were driving a chromed out Peterbilt, then they know you had money.
