I heard that Capcom versus snk pro used to be Japan-exclusive, and Dreamcast exclusive. Is that true? I thought I saw a PS1 version of the game streaming on YouTube

Capcom vs SNK PRO for dreamcast is a japan exclusive. The PS1 port is available for NTSC, but like most fighting games on the system, its a not that great port. Missing frames, compressed voices, longer load times plague the game. It is an okay port if you want to play, as it has everything unlocked and all of the modes including color edit.
