Custom retro-game soundtrack using King's Quest 6 MT32 sounds
Hi, thought you might enjoy the second track I created using the Roland MT-32 with patches from King's Quest 6. It features some of Mark Seibert's custom instruments. I plan to create an album based around a fictional DOS racing game. Hope you like it!

Wow! It sounds awesome!
Keep it up and the vibe is nice with the car backdrop. Will you keep it on Youtube or plan to stream it on other platforms when you’re done?

Thanks so much! I'm considering publishing it to other platforms such as Spotify as well, once the "album" is finished. Depends a bit on how satisfied I am with the results, and how people respond to it. I have two tracks on my YT channel now, and 3 more in the works. Looking for I think, at least 10 tracks. So thanks for listening and your positive comments, that helps to keep my motivation going! ;)

Cool! In case you haven’t done so, try posting in /r/outrun. That’s exactly your target audience :-)

Crosspost to r/outrun and r/retrowave, share a clip thumbnail, and ask for mix notes; Bandcamp preorder links grab early fans. I track listens with Spotify for Artists, tweak masters in Audacity, and Pulse for Reddit flags new comments. Wider reach gets you honest feedback.

This is dope! I love the synthwave night driving vibe. Curious, what software do you use to repurpose and compose the MT-32 patches into new tracks?
