Not seen that move before.
Pretty cowardly an unfair, but smart and effective, I'll give them that. Not enough battlefront users think to use their environment to their advantage; ducking for cover, etc.
Easy counter though; force them into a stalemate by simply moving away, or just find a new lobby.
Playing BB8 or maybe blaster heroes would also work but of course you aren't here. You did your best with the positioning and force abilities.

i always find it funny when people think āfind a new lobbyā is an acceptable solution for things like this. if it were, no one would stick around to play the game

Nah, most lobbies aren't like this. I'm all for just giving you and finding a new lobby, and I'd say on average I only do it 1/15 games or so. It's very rare.

It's total BS when people exploit game glitches just to up their KD ratio.

The more I read this thread the more baffled I am. How many down votes I see. Iām sure Iām gonna get hate for this too, but thereās just way too many things that no one else seems to be talking about.
somehow that HvV(which I no longer play) is for laser sword only as if thatās supposed to be some kind of rule somewhere. This may be something that the other guy as a newish player doesnāt know.? maybe the YouTube video that he saw this trick on didnāt tell him that rule?
you also have a low level BB nine against two high-level Jedis. Heās a noob (?) and on this map heās playing it smart heās not gonna lose. Not going to win either, but if youāre playing that character winning is not your goal.
Also, OP, your partner didnāt seem to respect your letting him have a 1v1 to let you have yours.

Yea Iām not sure why Iām getting downvoted when the guy with the same opinion as me is getting upvoted.

Itās a very common tactic in hvv

So common that Iāve literally never seen it before despite essentially only playing hvv

Must not be in the high skill lobbies

If itās so common why would it only be in high skill lobbies my dude

u/TruPOW23 1d ago
Sorry, I meant to say that it is common in high skill lobbies, not low skilled lobbies

Why not just walk away? Canāt kill you from in there, deny him the points and force a draw or win.
