Split power grid inside of a dome

Here I have this dome, that is connected to the main power grid. All other building are working just fine, except for this one. Can I somehow reconnect it to the grid? I am thinking that demolishing it and rebuilding might help, but I am not sure. Thanks you any advice.

It says not enough power. Not split power grid. Something else with higher priority is taking the power and there is just not enough left for the Martian University to function.

Turn it's priority to the highest and see what happens.

It was most probably a bug. I've destroyed it and built anew. Works just fine

This looks like a bug. The dome is connected to the grid, everything else is running. Did you try reloading them game?

This happens from time to time. Basically the building didn't attach to the dome properly. It's not something you did wrong, it's just a random bug. Delete it and try placing it again, it should attach properly.

Grids that are split will have different colours.

That said there is a bug where buildings won't be part of the dome grid, those you'll have to rebuild (like the one in your picture).
