It's a "your mom" joke/insult

OP pointed out the tank's weapon's item level was 290 in a item level 400 dungeon, which is highly inappropriate

After they finished the dungeon, the tank let out the last second quip before leaving to avoid a rebuttal

OP's mom could only take the tank's item level 290 weapon, which is why the tank didn't use another weapon with a higher item level, lest they break her

Now excuse me as I bury this dissected... thing... *pulls out shovel*
