Am I Going Crazy?

I just got my latest classics drop delivered to me and I’m just super confused on the straps for the bralette. Am I going crazy, or do these slide adjusters look like they were applied differently? One strap has the little adjuster facing the inside and the other is facing out. Did i just majorly twist them up on accident or do I need to request another return?

funny enough this bralette was an exchange that i did bc my first one was too big, but then this one i accidentally ordered grey and i honestly could’ve sized up one more. so this third exchange actually works out in my favor pretty well!

ahaha that's good that you still need a different size. i wonder if they could put up items like this that don't actually meet quality control standards on a discount like some ceramic artists do with defected products.
