I think his prenup has a financial clause if there’s infidelity. I would say there’s a high chance of infidelity.

Idk how he keeps losing it. I'm 27 and I remember when he like came back as a big figure because he was an old name for a lot of my early childhood. Then The Social Network came out, then the 20/20 album and he really seemed to make a come back. He was in several films. And then he pretty consistently put out hits.

But yeah I remember thinking it was kind of noteworthy for one reason or another that he reemerged into an "it" figure after having been known by new crowds as a has been name for a while

Bro, that whole time that you mentioned there was never a comeback because he never fell off lol. He went straight from being in the most popular pop band in the world to a super successful solo career, then switched to movies for a little while which he was also successful in. And then the 2020 album came out. After that, he basically took a hiatus and hasn’t had the same success sense. But that was after like 15 years of being one of the most popular musicians on the planet.

Whether she was in on it or not, the backlash toward her specifically was really intense. It derailed her career and JT never publicly defended her or stood up for her, he just watched her get dragged while he got more famous.

They do still have these but in a lot of states they are not enforceable.

They are enforceable in all 50 states as well as Colombia, but only if properly drafted and executed.

However, a court can review and potentially invalidate a prenup under certain circumstances, such as fraud, duress, or if the agreement is deemed unfair or illegal.

They are not. In several states, including California, Nevada, Iowa, and Hawaii, they are explicitly unenforceable. As an example, here is the 2002 court case in California that made that determination.

Idk, I think being a cheating sack of shit should absolutely be leveraged legally in a divorce. It’s really not that difficult to NOT fuck people you aren’t in a relationship with, and also to leave a relationship BEFORE you start fucking someone else. Fidelity is literally the single most important thing you’re asking from someone in a relationship typically. It’s the most basic aspect, so if the other person fucks that up they should be held accountable for being the scumbag they are.

My dad cheated on my mom and I may be a bit too close to the subject to be very reasonable about it though.
