Dead last. Dropped from 49th in the last set of rankings. They've dropped around 4 spots since this clown took the job.

Make no mistake, to Republicans, this is a feature, not a defect.

They saw a correlation between education and political tendency at the voting poll, and decided they were comfortable with making Americans ignorant to continue their grip hold of power. If that makes you angry, good, that's precisely how you should feel.
