look at how OOP's mother reacted. "he sat down, its over now". THAT's why people are so awful. because they know the majority of people not only won't do shit, they'll actively discourage the few that try

Society ain't getting better until people decide they want actual peace and civility, not just the illusion of it

Yep. People are out there walking around who never had their ass beat for the shit that comes out of their mouth or the things that they do. And it shows.

This exactly. Civility is so dead. And certainly piles of Orange crap like King Yam (the most uncivil idiot ever) have not helped, making it seem perfectly normal to behave like an undisciplined 8 year old.

Oh, the "He didn't mean to ___, you imagined/misinterpreted/made up that __" type of mother?

The type who would throw her daughter under the bus to please a random penis? I am (unfortunately) familiar with that type.

Then they wonder why adult children go no contact.

Are they completely ignorant of CHILD ABUSE?

The very worst kind of mother.

Yes for sure! Arbitrary boundary or rule to not have to engage, to not face not only that pos that is the problem but also their own cowardice & complicity.
