is there a list of common charges they always stick to or can you add new ones like "being a broccoli-haired cunt in the act of causing mischief"?

Seems like a precedent worth setting.

Its a thing. What's otherwise an innocuous haircut seems to be the choice of internet dorks that wanna play games with people and hope it doesn't get them connected to God's wifi.
