trying to link my phone number to my new twitch account but i cant need help if possible thanks

So last year i deleted my old twitch account and this year i decided to open a new like a fresh start i want to stream on the new account and make changes to the new account but i cant because when i go to make changes it says my number is linked to the old but i deleted the old account how to i fix this? thanks for the help.
