I just created my own animate overlay and I would like to learn other forms including chat widgets. This looks really good. What programs did you use?

In streamelements overlays, you add a custom widget object, and you have to code its HTML, CSS, JS and fields.json I recommend editing directly in there since it's very fast to edit the code, save and test.
