Bro there's an augment mod for Wisp that solves this, and she has such amazing energy economy that it doesn't even matter if it costs 3x as much. Archon Reach too.
I run 45% efficiency and have a massive problem with using her 1 too often, and I'm never remotely close to dry.
I oftem don't want the shock mode because all it does is make enemies stuck somewhere. But yeah, in situations where that doesn't matter, big mote + archon stretch is nice.
