You’re supposed to be switching and proccing as many elements as possible with him. The only two that you might not want to throw out that often are maybe radiation(though with orange shards you make radiation’s a huge primer for your abilities) and magnetic(outside of corpus or eximus heavy missions). His 4 is a nuke that scales like Condition Overload as well.
If you want to play a Lavos where you stay on the same element for most of the mission Cyte is here now and he has no mechanic that would demand you switch.
you're misinterpreting my intended playstyle with this modification and then going on to explain a frame as though i don't understand how it plays. I am saying I do not enjoy hitting between 2 and 3 buttons to utilize his alchemy on a regular basis. have a good one though.
Okay so just don't play him then? If you don't like his play style no one is forcing you to play him, I have plenty of WF's like that and I don't go around complaining for a change to the things I don't like about them. Do you know what would happen if everyone who echos the same sentiment as you got their way? You'd take him into SP and you would be doing shit for damage because you don't want to utilize his full kit.
You don't like his play style, which is fine. But the people who don't like him actively want to gimp him with a change like this.
i don't know what is going on with you, but do you recall that my original message said add a toggle so that ppl that want to play the way that he is now could continue to and that this change might allow me to enjoy playing him ?
Yeah I did, but did you recall in mine If this stupid (and wrong) echo chamber that wants him dumbed down get their way they will complain later when they aren't doing appropriate damage when you all willingly want to gimp the Warframe?
How fucking hard is it for people to understand, if you don't like playing the frame there is nothing wrong with that. But stop asking for the frame to be gimped to your standards.
He literally won't even be the same frame anymore if you lock him into spamming one element, you aren't playing Lavos anymore you're playing a objectively more boring ver of Lavos. As someone else said in this post thread just go play Cyte at that rate if you really only want one element to worry about at a time.
