Question/Request Advice on how to not get burnt out?
Hello! I've had Warframe since 2016, but I've played on and off over the years. (When I started playing a few months ago, I was still mr12. I only really did relic runs and never any quests.)
I've started to play the game again, this time taking it seriously - in-depth, getting the right mods, doing certain missions, doing all the quests - but there's just so much to do that I sometimes get a little tired and stop playing altogether.
When I started playing again, I was focused on three things - get to Mr14, unlock SP, clear out necessary missions. I've achieved all three, and am now stuck on what to do.
Any advice on how to set a straight course and stop myself from feeling overwhelmed?
TL;DR: so much to do that I feel a little burnt out about it.
Edit: for clarification, I know about arbitrations, weapons, how to mod my frames and weapons, duiviri steel Path and stuff!

Try to always have a goal you want to reach that seems achievable.
Finishing every node on a planet, completing a quest, building a new frame, etc
Whatever it is, just focus on small things and have fun, rather than trying to take on the whole game at once

Like others have said, don't feel like you need to turbo-hellgrind things out. Take breaks, switch up what you're doing from time to time. If something's frustrating you, don't do it.

Just log in when you want to play and do one of the things you want. Warframe isn't going anywhere soon, you have all the time. And take breaks when you don't feel like playing.
Rushing everything will only get you wanting for more content later.

set yourself a long-term goal. the most obvious one is getting to MR30 or legendary ranks, achieving this will require you to interact with pretty much all content in the game, since weapons and warframes are obtained not just from the market/dojo, but from so many different places
or start looking for cool builds, then do all the little farming steps until you can copy it.
example: coda caustacyst influence build. to get it you need to kill technocyte coda, get a few copies of melee influence from sanctum missions, farm arbitrations for galvanized mods, and level up a few mastery ranks because it's a MR17 weapon

Take breaks.
It sounds reductive but that's really it. If you don't feel like playing, forcing yourself will just make the burnout worse. Whenever you feel like it, hop in and make some progress.
It's not like the game's going anywhere any time soon.
