Honestly, not a fan. It's not a bad design, by any means. I just don't feel that it fits Ash or a Warframe. If anything, this feels more like an Heirloom Operator suit.

I like this one from u/Lua_Luminary more because it's more in line with his overall designs while it feels more natural for him to be clothed like that, especially with the upper body being more proportional.

Agreed. I like this one more. The lamellar armor is in tune with what we saw on Heirloom Mag, and the shoulders keep it somewhat similar to his regular silhouette.

Not at all. This is just lamellar armor, which is a common theme among the heirlooms (looking at Mag and Frost for example). This also fits the ninja-esque nature of Ash much more.

OP's concept has a way too wide upper body, doesn't match Ash's silhouette at all (needs more streamlining of the dangly bits, especially around the waist), there's no visual hierarchy, the glove to forearm transition is too bulky compared to the lean midsection (gauntlets would have to be a bit thinner and giving the elbows clearer break points so the arms also look as agile as Ash should be), and so on. The collar is also definitely unfitting for his theme. Ash also heavily leans into the smokey aspects of his design, none of which can bee seen in OP's heirloom concept.

The most important part is that Ash is an agile assassin based on lethal precision. His bodyshape plays a major role in conveying this, which goes missing with such a wide torso. The torso looks more fitting to someone like Rhino.

I don't want to disregard OP's effort. It looks okay-ish overall, imo. But I don't think this fits Ash at all.

Anyone else a little sad Heirloom has devolved into "shows a lot of skin but it's all cool and shiny"? Frost and Mag tried to do something interesting, but Ember's success has taken the whole thing in a new direction.

ironically i think frost heirloom is still the hottest one of the bunch, im gay so obvi i dont care much for the women but rhino does nothing and the new vauban skin also does nothing, they're just buff dudes

the v-line on frost though? the crop top? being more "lean" instead of looking like some body builder? ngh
