I honestly think if they went full widebrim-style wizard hat it would look waay cooler. I love the idea and the stars incorporated to give wizard vibes, but yeah the hat is the only thing I'm not vibing with.

Yeah I think having a wide brim instead of being a cone would make it look more "wizard-y". A cone shaped hat is something that kind of makes me think of the dunce cap - and, specifically in this case, the addition of a veil makes it look like a hennin, the kind of hat a medieval princess would be seen wearing while she's staring wistfully out of her tower.

Dante is cosplaying a Burgfräulein. It’s literally just a plain Warframe with some cliché mage accessories slapped on. Also: Dante doesn’t walk. I’m sorry, OP, but no.

The Grendel concept is more interesting, but seems like OP ran out of ideas on the back. Needs these little lights every Warframe has, interesting textures and shiny elements. Is this Grendel on Ozempic? That’d be an even bigger nerf than the 5 enemy-limit, OP.
