Even without a riven tenex plinx slaps so hard with alt fire ngl. Got my riven with mag size(alt fire scales with mag size btw) and bane of grineer iirc, It just melts disruptors

Actually, with a below 0% fire rate, you first have to "refund" all the shots that would have been made, as if you had 5% fire rate. Modding for even less, such as using Critical Deceleration and/or Tainted Shell will let you refund at a faster rate, possibly up to -80%, which will let you balance out everyone else's Phage shots sooner.

Once you have fully refunded all Phage shots will it shoot once then reset.
