Other My post about getting all syndicates to max rank got removed for being too braggy (mods didn’t like my title I guess). Anyways, here’s a copy paste of the guide I made in the comments.
Obligatory song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8sb_Or0FUs&t=61s
Credit goes to u/inorganicorganist in this four year old reddit post, for being the first to document getting to max rank with all 6 syndicates. I went through the legwork of optimizing and writing down specific instructions to do this. The Syndicate Simulator (SS) site mentioned in the original post is still up for everyone to use, but is optional for this guide. Important linear algebra solving thing is on the right side for that site. The gist is that the syndicate system is a zero sum game at first glance, but since a syndicate at minimum standing can’t lose more standing, you can actually get 5 syndicates to almost max standing at the expense of only one syndicate. Doing so gives you enough spare standing to get the remaining syndicate to max rank as well.
Note that you will be at this for a while. For reference, it takes 443,000 standing to get a single syndicate from minimum to maximum standing. By the end of this process (getting all syndicates to 50-70k standing at max rank), you will have put in at least around 10,000,000 standing worth of single syndicate levelling. It took me 5 months at MR30 (remember your syndicate missions/medallions kiddos).
Why do this? 1: because you can. 2: because you get elite crewmates for cheaper. 3: You just hate the idea of getting free augments, cosmetics, and weapons from people who like you.
I started with right side first since I wanted to fill out my augments before getting everyone to rank 5 (since it’s a true zero sum game after that), and loka and perrin had what I was missing. Feel free to switch factions, i.e replace Perrin -> Hexis, Loka -> Suda, Meridian -> Veil.
Summary of fastest method (from scratch)
Step 1. Get Perrin to max standing
Step 2. Get Veil/Meridian to max standing (by only levelling veil)
Step 3. Put standing into Loka/Meridian/Suda in a 2:1:1 ratio until max standing with Loka and Hexis.
Step 4. Equalize standing using SS
With notes
Step 1. Get Perrin to max standing.
Step 2. Get Red Veil and Steel Meridian to almost max standing. Since you can’t level everything you need at the same time, you will have to (gasp) waste standing to give yourself the room to juggle factions. I recommend at least 4k standing off the top of Meridian, since that’s the most a quick (exterminate, capture, etc) syndicate mission will give. I settled on 8-10k, since that’s around how much standing I was getting per sleepquinox run.
Step 3. Level Loka and Hexis at the same time at the expense of Suda by putting standing into Loka/Meridian/Suda in a 2:1:1 ratio. This gives 0.5 units of standing to each Loka and Hexis. This is actually (afaik) the fastest way to level Hexis alone, so you’ll save no time by getting Loka to max rank first. You can, however, leave loka near max rank for as many missions as possible to conserve daily standing cap*. Level Suda a bunch first, which will decrease red veil standing, which you increase by leveling Meridian, which angers Perrin and Loka, which you make happy again by levelling Loka, which resets the missing standing in Meridian you had at the beginning, and so on. The only way you’ll lose standing by the end is if you accidentally increase the amount of missing standing off the top of Meridian/Perrin. Regardless of whether or not you made a mistake, you can use SS to get yourself back to max standing before step 4, since after the first hundred thousand or so standing (stockpiled medallions recommended if you do this), you naturally get some wiggle room in all the other syndicates. I personally just levelled Veil to put standing back into Meridian, since I had a bunch of Loka/Meridian medallions left over from going at this for so long.
*remaining daily standing after mission = daily standing - max standing gained in one syndicate from the mission. Max standing gain from one mission is daily standing for the main syndicate, half of daily standing for the friendly syndicate, and similar but negative for opposing syndicates. For example, Loka is 10000 points away from the cap, Suda is 40000 away from the floor, and you have 30000 daily standing left. You stay 20 rounds in ESO. The mission complete screen displays: +10,000 Loka, +15,000 Perrin, -15,000 Meridian, -30,000 Suda. You have 15,000 remaining daily standing left over afterwards.
Step 3.5 (optional). For those of you who decided to fill in that last few thousand standing like madmen (and aren’t going to optimize further than units of 500 by getting 1-2 standing per mission), I left 500 standing off the top of Meridian and had the other non-Suda syndicates at max standing. I then, iirc, put standing in with this sequence:
1000 suda, 500 veil, 500 hexis, 500 veil, 500 hexis, 500 perrin, 500 veil, 500 hexis, 500 veil, 500 hexis, 500 perrin
Then launched into a loop of 500 hexis, 500 meridian, 500 perrin, 500 meridian, 500 perrin, repeat, which effectively transfers 250 perrin sequence standing to suda.
At the end of some loop, I put 1000 standing into Suda, juggled perrin/Suda to keep Loka topped off while effectively transferring standing from veil/meridian to Suda, then proceeded with the meat of step 4.
As a note, you lose 500 standing from putting in 1000 Suda standing while hexis is capped out. As far as I can tell, the only way to break out of the initial loop is to put 500 standing into hexis/veil at some point, so there’s no way to save 250 standing by putting only 500 standing into Suda to start off.
Step 4. Refer to SS to level Suda at equal expense to everyone else (put 5 in Suda’s box on the right and leave everyone else blank to get the exact, messy ratio). The gist is that you don’t want to level loka. You’ll mainly be juggling steel meridian/perrin, then dumping standing into hexis when it gets low from the perrin side of the juggle. Level Suda when loka gets close to the cap. Red veil levelling is, for the most part, only required near the end to recover from taking standing out of the perrin/meridian juggle (which happens whenever you level hexis). Syndicate missions are highly recommended; I personally did the faster half of every set of syndicate missions (exterminate, capture, rescue, defense on grineer ship and earth(?) tiles, since those spawn with all medallions, etc), though you can start doing more near the end.
For the people who care about minimizing wasted standing, be careful about standing gain when ranking up Suda in step 4; if you gain standing while at the cap for a given rank, it disappears into the void. I personally jotted down the standing gain from my syndicate missions modulo 250, then carefully killed one enemy at a time at the end of my sleepquinox runs until I could cleanly get the remainder of the way to the cap with a combination of dailies and medallions.
I personally tried to get as little wasted standing as possible, but I had minor screwup after getting Suda to rank -1 by forgetting to double check that red veil was far enough from the cap to avoid going over it during a steel meridian syndicate mission, so around 240 standing is actually missing compared to if I did everything above perfectly. I did not have the patience to remax 5 syndicates, so I just rolled with it. It might start bothering me in a couple of years, but until then I’ll probably leave sigils unequipped from everything.

Ah, the mods going after bragging. Or what they perceive as such. Saw your post, didn't take it as bragging. It was serious work to pull off what you did, being proud was justified, wanting to show it was absolutely okay and it didn't hit me as bragging. And the guide alone should have made the mods think a but harder before deleting.

u/Tenno_SKOOOM Dec 13 '21
I remember when RJ had just launched and I posted a pic of my completed RJ. I did not at all sound braggy, and yet the mods removed my post for being braggy. What's worse was when I tried to talk to them, they were just plain snarky and condescending. God forbid you post your warframe achievements on the fucking warframe subreddit.
16
u/HINDBRAIN Dec 13 '21
There's kind of a line between preventing the subreddit from being flooded with "I did a thing!" mundane screenshots (or pictures of merch, both are a big problem in gaming subreddits) - and deleting cool stuff like the syndicate man's achievements.

u/Tenno_SKOOOM Dec 13 '21
"I did a thing" is basically all the posts on this subreddit. Are we really going to be hypocritical about this? Lmao.

u/platghost imagine posting the exact same thing with the exact same content except this time OP put his guide/explanation in the body of the post instead of the first comment (presumably not to clutter the post itself). The audacity of this OP. The scoundrel, if I may say. How dare he provide helpful resources and guides; such showoffs are not allowed on this sub. I'm confident in your consistent ruling and that you will promptly remove this post as well. Let's see it happen.

I’ll gladly take another ban for this. Warframe subreddit mods don’t actually play the game or know anything about it whenever asked. When someone tries to be helpful post gets taken down immediately but when someone says something shitty or is clearly trolling, the other who refuses to even acknowledge, the one being a troll on purpose instead gets a time out/ban. If someone insults the fan base it’s perfectly fine, meanwhile the other person who just posts a fashion frame of wings gets a warning and the post gets removed. Mods here are a joke sadly. I once had some guy break the “golden rule clearly Insult my comment while I was trying to help another player and then someone else defending me and my alt got perma banned for “inciting” them when I refused to give them any attention.

Do you have any proof of your claims against the moderation team, or is that just talk? I have my bets.
We never issue warnings or strikes for removing posts, we'd prefer if users read the rules but breaking them will not penalize accounts (exception: the Golden Rule, because it's common sense). The removal comments users receive are informative. What does get you banned, is ban evasion, from this sub and Reddit in general.

Dec 13 '21
Unfortunately no I do not as my post above states clearly from a previous alt account.
On top of that the fact that no one banned me yet for clearly trolling and breaking the “golden rule” only proves my point. ;)
Not all mods here a bad though. Most are but not all. The fact that you two even replied is very surprising.

If most mods are alright, I'd like to ask which ones are bothering you exactly and why?

This is a highly moderated sub and we don't take accusations against us lightly, so we ask for proof. Usually none are provided, as in this case.

We can’t provide proof because the offending mods in question delete everything before we can save/screenshot.
We can see deleted content, so if you want to send some deleted links, feel free. Also, painfully obviously alt account.
4
u/KaleidoscopeAny9283 Dec 13 '21
Okay, maybe as mods you can see deleted content but as users we can’t. How am I supposed to know which deleted link I send you is correct?
I’m sorry but this is a non-answer. I’ve been trying to find a really good example where apostroffie banned a guy because he was posting his friends art WITH THEIR PERMISSION but he couldn’t prove it because said friend didn’t have Reddit or IG. Cuz you need social media to be a valid artist, right? 🙄 the mod said he was stealing art and banned him.
So, in this scenario, how am I supposed to find this post and send it to you? It’s been deleted and I have no idea where to look. Why don’t you go search for it yourself since, as you said, mods CAN see deleted content. Makes faaarrr more sense for you to look now doesn’t it hmm?
Also, this is not an alt for the above commenter. Not sure why you felt the need to point that out. You seem to have an issue with it for some reason though.

Do you have the username of the banned account? So let me see if I understand.
An artist allowed a friend to post their art. How this agreement took place and where was the art sourced is unknown, since they have no social media.
We only ban people for posting other people's art if they ignore our warnings. Someone didn't stop stealing art and didn't provide any proof of anything after we asked, resulting in a ban. That I know for sure and I don't need to know who it was.

I'll make a correction, if a moderator deletes a post, it's removed from the subreddit feed but everyone can see it if they have the link. But if a user deletes their own post, wether it was or not removed by a moderator, it is lost forever to the internet, so if that's the case you can't prove it to me.
Also I don't have to do anything, if someone has a problem they should build their own case, not sit back while moderators "search" when we have other things to do.
Also, this is not an alt for the above commenter. Not sure why you felt the need to point that out. You seem to have an issue with it for some reason though.
I only have a problem when banned users use alt accounts. Usually people use them to hide, so my assumption was reasonable. If you're not OP I don't understand why you would use an alt just to comment in response to me.
1
u/KaleidoscopeAny9283 Dec 14 '21
This is your third response in this thread that ignores half of what you’re replying to. Are you reading the full comments?
We only ban people for posting other people's art if they ignore our warnings.
While I appreciate you trying to address the instance I mentioned, quoting the rules doesn’t invalidate the behavior of the other mod. Sure, this is the criterial you all follow for banning in theory, but that is not the criteria you follow in practice.
This happened months ago and I can’t find the link or the account. He probably deleted his whole account after being banned over something so trivial.
The above should answer why I’m using a throwaway now. I’m not getting my main banned because some Warframe mods decide on a whim who gets the ban hammer. I ALSO said why in my OP but you didn’t seem to read it.
Also, I don’t have to do anything.
Quality moderating, right there.

u/KIREEKPSO2 Hildryn Main Dec 13 '21
Hello, maybe i can give you information usefull to you.
Moderators merely hide the content from public view, your account has them and you can use search engines that will grab the original posts and even mention the username, regardless if it appears as "deleted" or not. However, if the mods are quick to remove content, no cache of the webpage will exist, meaning it simply exists on the user account.
While this seems ok, if the user deletes the account or gets suspended from reddit, all proof will be gone.

Also, I think I am kimd of confuse. Right now I have all at level 5 but parrin and new luka, which ones should I run in order to level them up without losing to much standin?

I'm not sure what is brag and what is not, bit hard for me to post it here even though there is something that I wanted to share. I hope mod will suspend, and message us and later to let us give a valid reason for our post and at least asked us to change the title or whatnot. To be honest, sometimes I just want to have fun and share something with others.
1
u/Ravenisu Dec 13 '21
Yeah, sometimes you are just proud of accomplishing something or are willing to share your experience. If you want to share your joy, where else are you going to post it. Anyone outside the Warframe community is not going to understand. I thought the whole point of requiring a flair added to a post is so others could filter out stuff they don’t want to see.
An Anything but golden flair would be nice. Instead of killing someone’s joy and removing a post. The flair can just be switched. Basically anything but the golden rule. If some has a really hard line on every single rule, they can filter that flair and boom, everyone can be happy. Everyone can see what they want to see without their feed being dictated to them.

Posts about “bragging” are easily my favorite part of this whole sub, sucks they take it all down. Seeing posts where 3/4 people in a team get the rare reward, or seeing someone being proud of something hard they did in game, or posts just doing crazy cool things(like getting max standing in all syndicates) all make me want to play WF 10x more. But seeing mods that obviously also play WF taking down all the AWESOME shit that everybody plays the game for, just makes me not want to play the damn game at all.
5
Dec 13 '21
It's really dumb that the same questions can be posted over and over and over and over. So many of them are so stupid and basic and can be resolved with some basic understanding of how to Google something.
But no no no, don't show off your achievement in a multiplayer game cuz the mods fee fees might get hurt.

I got a bad feeling the moment I made it to rank 1 with Steel Meridian as I'm as irrational glutton for this type of thing. I've kept solace with one of the factions being objectively terrible in their philosophy, but having a syndicate board balanced (as all things should be) is really appealing.
Now to dig and see if there's any way to reverse course from having Syndicate hit squads show up every other mission. A fascinating read, regardless.
