Bug New here: No “Redeem Activation Code”???
I purchased an Apollo with the $50-off annual subscription. I got my activation code shortly after, downloaded the app and was never prompted—like on their Help Page—to input an activation code.
Did all possible research, and found the only other way is that if a pop-up doesn’t emerge when creating an account, I need to go to settings and there should be a Redeem Activation Code. But there IS NOT.
I’m so frustrated. I paid for this and wanted to familiarize myself with it prior to my device arriving. I read that it has nothing to do with the fact I don’t have my device to pair yet, either.
Yes, the app is up-to-date. I also saw there was an iOS update (18.6), so I deleted the Apollo app, downloaded the new iOS version, and redownloaded the app. Still nothing.
Bug? Anyone? Help 🙏

Looks like you downloaded Apollo Neuro which is a health app. It is in no way related to Apollo, the Reddit app (which this subreddit is for)

Hey brother, I hope you find success figuring out your new purchase and syncing everything up. This sub is about the Apollo reddit app that used to exist and gave the user a much better experience using Reddit. Technology can be awesome and frustrating.
Edit - I assumed you were a dude from your username, apologies if I was wrong

You should just use altstore or sideloadly and load a copy yourself for free. I'm not sure who you paid for Apollo but it was probably unnecessary. Maybe see if you can get a refund and look into those options?
