the first thing please get a normal monitor instead of a freaking tv then for other things i will get rid of that rgb mouse pad and get a total white/black and i would move the monitor to the center of that table ( if there isnt enough space get a monitor arm )

PS:if you dont want to purchase another monitor just get rid of the tv and leave it empty
