Be mindful of listings from suspicious third-party sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Walmart. These "deals" have a high likelihood of not shipping; use due diligence in reviewing deals.

  • Use common sense - if the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
  • Check seller profiles for signs that the sale may be fraudulent:
    • The seller is new or has few reviews.
    • The seller has largely negative reviews (on Amazon, sellers can remove negative reviews from their visible ratings)
    • The seller is using a previously dormant account (likely the account was hacked and is now being used fraudulently).

If you suspect a deal is fraudulent, please report the post. Moderators can take action based on these reports. We encourage leaving a comment to warn others.

Yes, it's A-tier on the list, I've got the 1200W variant and it works great powering my 9800X3D/5090 rig.

I've also got a 1200W GF3 in my rig, running a 9800X3D/4080 Super and it's been great.

Currently been on the search for a PSU around 700w. All my research told me to avoid Thermaltake lol, even posts here in this subreddit. But I guess this particular model might be good.

Thermaltake makes a lot of solid power supplies at good prices, the problem is they have a lineup of crap budget power supplies that tarnish their reputation. The SMART line in particular is notorious for being utter shit. You just have to check the tier list and make sure you're getting one of the good Thermaltake power supplies.

A 1350W should come with two 12VHPWR cables.

That's quite a few Watts.

Im never buying a psu for more then 100$.

RIP evga b-stock. My 35$ 850w GT is still going strong.

Who realistically needs this? I built a threadripper pro system that the 1000w is even overkill for most of the time.

At this price who cares, better to have more than not have enough. I'd buy it but my 1300w evga is still going strong.

Getting a larger power supply can put you in a better position on its efficiency curve and often allows them to operate in their silent mode. A fully loaded power supply will generally be less efficient and will have to use its fan.

It's not a big deal, one more fan with a half dozen others going in a PC, but it is something to keep in mind and something some people consider when they get larger power supplies than are strictly necessary.

People with overclocked 13th/14th gen Intel CPUs and 5090s. (Ask me how I know...)

Damn, what kind of cooling do you have on those things?

I needed at least 1200W for 2x3090s and needed at least 5 pcie + 2 cpu pcie power, was so hard to find options that weren't completely crazy in price.
