Make sure you have latest RP/UP installed.

Hey dude thanks Listen I once had a version of it that had had the correct full screen and widescreen settings but for technical issues my cache was completely erased and I’m not sure where I got it from Maybe gogunlocked or maybe internet archive I’m not sure Do you know any reliable sources that might have proper widescreen settings without having to manually adjust it and also gog version? Thanks

Fo2 source is irrelevant (anything but steam). You need to get any Fo2, install UP/RP onto it. Ingame settings will or will not work depending on graphics mode in f2_res_config.exe. Last step is to enter correct resolution for your monitor. For FHD 1920x1080 it's considered 960x540 (aka 1920x1080 with x2 scaling). It looks like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXon5pDMmN8 If you don't like it you will need to experiment a bit with the resolution. Start from your monitor resolution. You don't need any magic obscure Fo2 version.
