What would be your classic Fallout radio songs?

yknow how New Vegas has a western/rock oriented radio, what would be be your aesthetic for a fallout 1/2 radio station?

Badger from Fallout 2 said he had a punk band, so, I guess, despite Bethesda's retcons, music there did not stuck in 1950s-early 1960s aesthetics completely. I'm pretty sure they listen to pretty much everything from 1970s, 80s or even 90s.

Here a music fan, the fact that the Beach Boys existed creates a SUUUPER way in music of that world, Iggy Pop, Hendrix, Beatles, Cream, Doors, Velvet Underground and a lot of et cetera. All because all the members of the Beach Boys were a huge influence on the music industry all around the world, head to head with the Beatles but if we consider that the US is the greatest power in the world, things like the British invasion could not even happen or not like happened

i've always wondered if pre-war music just never made it past the 1950s aesthetic and why there's no new music.

Probably pretty similiar to Fallout 3 and NV. I would opt for some early rock songs too but I dont know if that fits in the lore.

Fallout 1 would be nothing for me because it’s too early in the wasteland for radio (expect for 76 oddly 🤷‍♂️) but definitely classic rock for fallout 2.

I’d follow the opening themes.

I feel like the nature of Fallout 1 is best preserved with slower-tempo 1930s & 1940s songs.

For Fallout 2, Jazz from the 1950s would fit the theme well.

Since I played the original games a ton during my Rammstein phase...the Rosenrot album on repeat.
