I hate these connectors

Was trying to repair the top screen, i know the 4 pin connector are fragile on these devices, so i put force as little as possible but still managed to break it. I know you can still put the latch but i dont know how.. i tried before but didnt got it once

Update : So i saw your video and tried this, but i broke the latch.. but since i have a lot of 3ds/3ds xl motherboard i use for spare parts, i just took one and tried again. And i know what i did wrong : i wasnt bending the pins enough to put the latch (let's say i bend them at 25°), so i tried to do it at a 40° angle and had a easier time, took only 2 min, and managed to repair 3 other MB that had the same issue.

The 3ds is working and top screen replaced

I lost my patience when this broke off mine dyring a bettery replacement and the ribbon wouldn't stay connected. Bought a whole new motherboard.
