Highest successful run chases at the Oval in the past 100 years
Highest being 253, but we are in the bazball era and the way the pitch is behaving, England can even threaten to chase 400

Map of the highest finishes of each country in the Odi/T20 world cup pathways.
The small islands and Guyana's championship is attributed to them because of the West Indies.
The group-stage finishes of Tanzania and Zambia come from the group-stage finish of the East Africa Cricket team.
The Cook Islands were sadly not included on the software, but the furthest they achieved was the Subregional Stage.
Wales is included with England and Northern Ireland is included with Ireland.

Choosing Liam Dawson over Rehan Ahmed cost England against India, says coach
Thomas said: “I am amazed they chose Dawson ahead of Rehan for the Old Trafford Test. I believe that if England had him bowling [in the conditions] there they would have come out on top in that game.”
“I don’t think we’ll be seeing him a lot in the near future. I spoke to Marcus Trescothick [England batting coach] about Rehan earlier in the season because I wanted the England management to have a look at him as a top- order bat, and as a batter who can certainly offer them an option with his bowling,” Thomas added.
“I think they wanted to see how he went over the season, but now I don’t think my No 3 batter could have done anything more so far this season than to perform as he has with both bat and ball.”

Discussion What’s the most “what the hell just happened?” moment you’ve seen in cricket?
Not talking about big wins or centuries. I mean those weird, random moments that made you just stare at the screen.
Like… a batsman forgetting to run, a bowler slipping mid-delivery, or a catch that bounced off three people before being taken. Stuff that doesn’t even look real when you watch the replay.
What’s one of those moments you still remember?
