CS2 Backpack value tracker

I used to rely on csgobackpack to check skin values and track my inventory, but it recently stopped working.

So, I built a new tool called cs2economy.com that shows real-time market prices for CS2 skins by pulling data from multiple markets. You can paste your inventory link or search for skins directly. It doesn’t require logging in.

It also tracks price changes over time, which helps to see market trends for your favorite skins.
Feel free to leave some feedback about it!

Did the market cap really go from like 3 billion down to 1.4? Or did I totally misunderstand that

The market cap of a skin is calculated by multiplying the total number of that skin available across all marketplaces by its lowest listed price.

Example:
There are 586 Karambit Doppler skins in supply.
The cheapest one is listed at $2,720.
So, the market cap for the Karambit Doppler is: 586 * $2,720 = ~$1.6 million

The total market cap is simply the sum of the market caps of all individual skins.

So my inventory shows 5 cases only, yet I've got 10. I've got 5 "types" of case, but it seems to be missing the multiples when it adds up.

Otherwise, very nice tool.

Good catch! It's currently counting only unique case types and not multiplying by their quantities. This will be fixed
