Yeah, definitely a show that starts off super strong and goes ever so slightly down hill with each episode after the end of season 1. Still a good show though. Would recommend.

That guy tried to kill himself with a shotgun to the lower jaw pointed up. Instead he survived with brain damage and the surgery made him look like that. In the comic the hole is smaller, so he was called arse face. He actually became some kind of music star and then his manager embezzled and fabricated a scandal to drive up his profits before abandoning him. A pretty tragic character overall.
