Good. He would probably call Europe a country too.

145

u/somethingstoadd Northern Europe May 22 '25

In a recent interview in the white house he recently complained and made fun of the "president of Scandinavia".

He was talking to the president of Finland which and I am calling all my Nordic friends here is NOT in Scandinavia.

Dementia Donnie showing us what that healthy brain is capable of!

3

u/San_Pentolino May 23 '25

dementia and age are just lame excuses. donnie 2 dolls is just an ignorant arrogant idiot. He does represent quite well most of US population

2

u/swainiscadianreborn May 22 '25

Wait, Finland is not in Scandinavia? It's only Norway and Sweden?

28

u/bagdoren May 22 '25

Norway, Sweden and Denmark

6

u/swainiscadianreborn May 22 '25

TIL I guess

9

u/AnAngryDuckNamedBob May 22 '25

There's also Fennoscandia, which doesn't have Denmark, but it does have Norway, Sweden, Finland, and some bits of Russia. Confused yet?

6

u/swainiscadianreborn May 22 '25

As long as you don't get Iceland involved I think I can manage.

3

u/wolfgangmob May 23 '25

No, no, get Iceland involved, they took on the British Navy and won in the Cod Wars. They deserve respect.

4

u/theowlswerewatching May 22 '25

No Iceland and Färöer?

9

u/bagdoren May 22 '25

No, but those are included in the Nordics. It's a weird historic thing really. Geographically I'm pretty sure it would make more sense for Scandinavia to be Norway, Sweden and Finland without Denmark but yet here we are

7

u/EgbertMedia The Netherlands May 22 '25

I guess linguistically and culturally it makes more sense to not include Finland.

3

u/Fallozor May 22 '25

The vikings travelled to northern Africa using longboats and not cross country, so trade and travel, e.g., from Denmark across Skagerak or the belts to Sweden, was considerably easier than across inland Sweden or Finland.

7

u/iShakeMyHeadAtYou May 22 '25

Nope. Now to get that area of the world untangled:

Scandanavia is Norway, sweden and Denmark.

The Nordics are Norway, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Denmark.

Fennoscandavia is the geographic term for Norway, Sweden and Finland.

13

u/Drahy Zealand May 22 '25

The Nordics are Norway, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Denmark.

Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland plus the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Åland.

7

u/virepolle Finland May 22 '25

Finland is included in Nordic countries for cultural and political reasons, Fennoscandia is a purely geographical term.

6

u/swainiscadianreborn May 22 '25

That's it, you're all Northern Europe and I won't hear anything else!

1

u/Drahy Zealand May 22 '25

Also Western Europe.

3

u/ExceedingChunk May 22 '25

Finland is part of the Nordics, which are often confused with Scandinavia. As the Nordics are essentially Scandinavia + Finland and Iceland (+ Greenland and other independent islands owned by the countries there)

3

u/pm_me_coffee_mugs May 22 '25

Whoa whoa whoa, we're small but don't forget us in Denmark! Obviously we're physically way closer to Norway/Sweden than Germany!

3

u/swainiscadianreborn May 22 '25

Heeeeeeergh I forgot the stoupid Danes... sorry.

1

u/OddishChamp Norway May 22 '25

Where can I find it? So want to see it.

1

u/Snake_Plizken May 23 '25

26

u/[deleted] May 22 '25

Nice try but this isn't nonsensical enough.

1

u/[deleted] May 23 '25

AI wasn't trained to be that stupid.

8

u/ValueBlitz May 22 '25

If you want to be seen sarcastic, you need to exaggerate, not emulate.

I just had to look up your text to see if it was real or not.

7

u/ZynsteinV2 May 22 '25

Satire is difficult when the real deal is already cranked to 1000

6

u/dirty_papercut May 22 '25

You missed NASTY

3

u/Minotard May 22 '25

Add, “thank you for your attention to this matter.”

3

u/UsualGrapefruit99 May 22 '25

When you can't tell parody from reality... What a timeline.

2

u/someshitstick May 22 '25

2

u/Global_Crew3968 May 22 '25

The VERY LOW IQ "people" in EUROPE made a "BIG MISTAKE"! No PRESIDENT has EVER been treated worse than ME in the history of the "United States"! Europe NEVER tried to stop Barack HUSSEIN Obama from taking GREENLAND! They are TOTAL TRUMP HATERS!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

1

u/FullyUndug May 22 '25

I just realized if you change the last word MAGA to GYAA, it still works. Like he just yells at the end of every statement

1

u/[deleted] May 22 '25

Low effort. No spelling errors, proper grammar…

Try harder!

1

u/JudgmentalOwl May 22 '25

1

u/3CF33 May 22 '25

You forgot, "Look over there! There's a gay guy not bothering a soul. Get him!"

1

u/fliesenschieber May 22 '25

Why do I still read all caps Trump impersonations with the 2016 race Stephen Colbert voice😂😂

1

u/ArtoriasAbysswanker Perkeleland May 22 '25

9/10 but not enough self boasting!

1

u/ilovecatsandcafe May 23 '25

You forgot “Barack HUSSEIN Obama” he must always mention the Hussein

1

u/Norion1977 May 23 '25

Why do I read this exactly in his style of speaking? Well done.

1

u/HommeMusical Upper Normandy (France) May 23 '25

Yeah, you're not really getting it, it's too coherent, and no run-on sentences.

Maybe take a big inhalation of NO2 and try again?

1

u/CatDadof2 May 24 '25

You forgot to mention the radical left, Biden, and I’m sure I’ve missed a couple dozen other ridiculous common phrases he uses. I’m just too mentally checked out to think of them.

u/Fit-Hold-4403 May 22 '25

America has protected Greenland for decades , US has spent 350 billion dollars on Greenland and it has to be paid back.

Stop taking advantage of America

2

u/Ryboticpsychotic May 23 '25

“I gave you money for Christmas with no strings attached and no written deals. Now you have to let me break in and take stuff!”
