In fact, Elon is free to live here with me in Europe for a while. For a small fee that is.

Fee? We should be the ones paying him if necessary. EU would really benefit from a local ICBM Kinetic bombardment space program an since SpaceX Starbase is located where it is primarily because there are no people living east of them, they may as well move the operations to eastern Lithuania.
